Advanced Alternative to Traditional Seals
Spring Option 1: Commonly Used Metallic Materials for Spring
Our S-Seal replaces conventional three-piece T-Seals or back-up-equipped O-rings . Its integrated metal garter spring and custom elastomeric design withstand extrusion gaps up to 1.25".
Engineered for your specific temperature , media and environment , the S-Seal performs reliably up to 15,000 psi and 500F , even without gland overfill .
The one-piece design eliminates multi-component installation issues . It stretches easily into place without splitting or damage and can be manufactured to fit nearly any gland dimensions, including large diameters and cross-sections.
